Clear Concept was established in 2018 by Jorge Lantigua who has strong roots in the construction industry. The vision for Clear Concept was one fueled by the passion for creation and collaboration. We believe that any project can be built to the visionary’s idea as long as the team behind it has a clear and concise understanding of the goal. The passion for building and collaborating is what give Clear Concept a very distinct and unique touch.

As a Contruction Management and General Contractor outfit we are able to provide a full-on team that envelopes all facets of construction. We bring our two sense and expertise to the table and help throughout the design phase to better evaluate means and method. As well as a streamlined channel of communication during construction to ensure the team is completely updated throughout the process.
